Milad is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based physiotherapy that helps patients reduce pain, restore strength and mobility, and safely return to their daily activities, work, and recreational pursuits. His treatment philosophy combines comprehensive clinical assessment, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education, and the latest research evidence to develop personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient’s goals and functional needs.
Throughout his clinical career, Milad has treated patients of all ages with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including acute and chronic injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, sports injuries, spinal disorders, and persistent movement impairments. His broad clinical experience, combined with his ongoing academic research, enables him to bridge the gap between scientific evidence and everyday clinical practice, ensuring patients receive effective, up-to-date rehabilitation strategies.
In addition to his clinical work, Milad has a strong interest in rehabilitation research and advancing physiotherapy practice. His doctoral research in musculoskeletal ultrasonography reflects his commitment to improving diagnostic accuracy and enhancing clinical outcomes through innovative, evidence-based approaches. He continues to collaborate with researchers and clinicians to support the advancement of rehabilitation science and the translation of research findings into clinical practice.
As a member of the RehabOttawa.ca team, Milad contributes to the development and scientific review of evidence-based rehabilitation protocols, with particular interests in musculoskeletal assessment, postoperative rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, and exercise-based rehabilitation. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, researchers, and healthcare professionals, he is committed to ensuring that the project’s clinical recommendations reflect the latest scientific evidence and best practices.
